Structural Overview:

1. The machine body adopts a three-beam four-column structure: it consists of an upper crossbeam, a slider, a workbench, a column, a main cylinder, a hydraulic power system, an electrical system, etc. The upper crossbeam, slider and workbench are welded with high-quality steel plates, and high-frequency vibration is used to eliminate welding stress after welding. The column of the hydraulic press is made of high-quality 45# steel, and the surface is medium-frequency quenched and chrome-plated.

2. The tonnage of the pressing cylinder of the 400-ton three-beam four-column hydraulic press is realized by a piston cylinder. The cylinder body is made of high-quality forged steel, and the surface of the piston rod is treated by medium-frequency quenching, with high hardness and long service life. The main seal of the oil cylinder adopts high-quality sealing ring to ensure reliable sealing.

Safety protection device:

1. Set an emergency stop button. Press it and the press will immediately shut down and stop.

2. The slider is equipped with limit switches at the upper and lower limit positions.

3. A hydraulic support safety circuit is set in the lower chamber of the piston cylinder.
