It has a three-beam four-column structure, a table of 1200x1200mm, and a PLC servo control system. It can be used for two-way pressure forming and is mainly used to press ceramic products. The 1000-ton ceramic powder forming hydraulic press consists of three major parts: the main machine, the hydraulic system, and the control mechanism. The main machine includes the body, the main cylinder, the stroke limiter, etc. The control mechanism includes an electrical box, a mobile operating console, etc. The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic pump station (power system).

Hydraulic system

1. The hydraulic system is arranged on the right side of the fuselage.

2. The hydraulic system adopts a cartridge valve integrated system, which has the characteristics of sensitive action, reliable operation and good sealing performance.

3. The hydraulic pump station consists of an oil tank, a high-pressure pump, an electric motor, a cartridge valve, etc. The oil tank is welded with steel plates. The oil tank is a closed oil tank with a cleaning window and an oil drain plug to facilitate cleaning and oil replacement. The oil pump suction port is equipped with an oil suction filter to ensure the cleanliness of the oil and the service life of the oil pump and valve. The pump station has water cooling.
