The 10-ton single-column hydraulic press is also called a single-arm hydraulic press. The body is C-shaped or bow-shaped, and is welded with all-steel CO2. After welding, it is tempered and aging treated to ensure that the body does not deform. The hydraulic system is located inside the body, with beautiful appearance and convenient operation. It can expand the working range and use the three-sided space to lengthen the hydraulic cylinder stroke (optional). The working pressure, pressing speed and slider stroke of the machine can be adjusted according to the process needs, and can complete the three process modes of ejection process, non-ejection process and stretching process. Each process has two process actions of fixed pressure and fixed stroke to choose from. The fixed pressure molding process has pressure holding, delay and automatic return after pressing.

How to operate:

1. The press machine has semi-automatic and automatic operation modes.

2. The hydraulic press slide stroke is adjusted by a stroke control device.

3. In addition to completing all the actions of the press, the buttons on the operating table should also include "two-hand pressing", "return", "stop", "emergency stop" and other buttons.

Safety protection device:

1. Set an emergency stop button. Press the emergency stop button and the press will stop immediately.

2. The slider is equipped with limit switches at the upper and lower limit positions.

3. A hydraulic support safety circuit is set in the lower chamber of the piston cylinder.
