20 ton single column hydraulic press

The 20-ton single-column hydraulic press is also called a 20-ton single-arm hydraulic press. It has a C-type single-arm structure and is welded with steel plates in CO2 protection. After welding, it is tempered and aged to ensure that the machine body is not easily deformed. The workbench is equipped with a "T" slot for easy mold installation and fixation. The main tonnage is achieved by a single cylinder. The cylinder and piston rod are made of high-quality 45# steel. The piston rod is chrome-plated after medium-frequency quenching, which is not easy to be scratched or rusted; the cylinder is sealed with a high-quality sealing ring to ensure reliable sealing performance. The hydraulic system is located inside the machine body, with beautiful appearance and easy operation. The three-sided space can be used to expand the working range. The pressure control adopts a two-way cartridge valve integrated system, which is reliable in operation, intuitive in action, and easy to maintain.
