The 150-ton frame hydraulic press adopts an integral frame structure, X-type guide rails, large area, small gap, good thermal expansion compensation, strong anti-eccentric load ability, and good precision retention. The hydraulic press has a large workbench, fast speed, uniform product pressure, PLC+servo automatic control, easy operation, working pressure and stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to process needs, and a safety locking structure is adopted. A photoelectric protection device can be installed in front of the workbench to ensure personal safety during operation, mold change, and maintenance.

Features of 150 ton frame hydraulic press:

2. The hydraulic control adopts a cartridge valve integrated system, which has reliable operation, long service life, small hydraulic shock, reduced connecting pipes and leakage points, and an independent control unit is used in the hydraulic integrated system.

4. Centralized button control with three operation modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic.

5. Through the selection of the operation panel, two molding processes, fixed pressure and fixed stroke, can be realized, realizing the functions of pressure holding and delay.

6. The 150-ton frame hydraulic press adopts four-corner and eight-sided guide rails with high guiding accuracy, strong resistance to eccentric loads, and centralized lubrication.

7. The working pressure of the slider, the fast downward and slow travel range of the slider can be adjusted according to the process requirements.
