The 200-ton four-beam four-column hydraulic press is mainly suitable for special powder pressing and molding developed by industries such as powder metallurgy, ceramic powder, hard alloy, magnetic materials, and electrical contacts. Automatic feeding and unloading device and floating pressing can effectively control the molding density of the product. Two demoulding methods are available: protective demoulding and general demoulding. The electrical control adopts PLC programmable controller, and the hydraulic system adopts advanced plug-in integrated valve to ensure continuous and frequent stable operation of the hydraulic press. 1. Preparation:
Make sure the sodium carbonate powder briquetting machine is in a stable position and secured.
Check the oil level in the hydraulic system to make sure there is enough hydraulic oil in the tank.
Check the pressure regulating valve and safety valve of the hydraulic system to ensure they are functioning properly.
2. Adjust the pressure:
According to the process requirements, use the pressure regulating valve to adjust the working pressure of the hydraulic system. Make sure the set pressure meets the requirements of the required sodium carbonate powder.
3. Install the mold:
Select the appropriate mold according to the shape and size of the sodium carbonate powder briquette.
