This 2000-ton SMC FRP fan hydraulic press adopts a three-beam four-column structure and is used by customers for the production of molded FRP fan covers. After replacing the mold, it can also be used for molded FRP septic tanks and other FRP products. It is a representative of composite material molded hydraulic presses and can be customized with different work surfaces, strokes and openings according to customer requirements.
FRP fan refers to a fan made of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic). Its appearance and size are exactly the same as those of a steel fan, except that the casing and impeller are made of FRP. Its biggest feature is corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance. It is a type of anti-corrosion fan and is mainly used for ventilation and exhaust in office buildings, shopping malls, theaters, hospitals, factory workshops, basements and other places. The gas it conveys should be gas that does not contain sticky substances.
The casing and impeller of the FRP fan are made of high-quality glass fiber cloth and unsaturated resin. The surface gel coat contains anti-UV agent, which is resistant to aging, high in strength, light in weight and corrosion-resistant. In metallurgical, chemical and other factories with severe corrosiveness, it makes up for the shortcomings of plastic fans such as aging, cracking, deformation and short life, and improves its use value.
Since 2012, China has started to use four-column hydraulic presses to produce FRP roof fan housings and rain caps. The fans produced are called molded FRP fans. The mechanized mass-produced FRP fans are formed in one step using molds. On the one hand, they improve the appearance and enhance the overall strength of the fans, changing the shortcomings of clumsy appearance and poor strength caused by traditional processes. On the other hand, they also improve production efficiency, reduce manpower and material resources, and reduce production costs.
