This 3000-ton steel-wood door panel embossing hydraulic press supports pressing stainless steel plates with a thickness range of 0.4mm~2.0mm and aluminum plates with a thickness of 0.8mm~5mm. The configuration of 3000 ton steel-wood door panel embossing hydraulic press is as follows:

1. The independent split hydraulic station can be adjusted to any position according to the actual needs of the site. The hydraulic station integrates hydraulic components such as servo motors, servo oil pumps, and cartridge valve groups. The oil tank is designed with partitions inside to facilitate the filtration, cleaning and cooling of the hydraulic oil. The oil tank is fully polished and sand-cleaned before leaving the factory to ensure that there is no impurity or debris pollution and blockage of the oil circuit.

2. The electronic control system adopts the classic PLC+servo configuration and is equipped with a 7.8-inch touch screen, which can control and set various parameters, including pressure, stroke, time, etc., and can set parameters for different molds and products. In addition, a movable control panel is configured, which is connected to the electrical cabinet through an aviation plug, and the operating position can be adjusted at will.

3. The main machine structural parts are welded with high-quality steel plates and annealed to eliminate internal stress. The cylinder piston rod and column are polished on a lathe, then subjected to medium-frequency quenching and chrome plating to improve surface hardness, and then finely ground to ensure surface finish and geometric accuracy, greatly reducing wear and preventing oil leakage.

The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke of the steel and wooden door embossing machine can be adjusted within the specified parameter range according to the process requirements. This machine has an independent power mechanism and electrical system, and adopts button centralized control, which can realize manual and semi-automatic operation modes. It can realize two pressing modes: fixed pressure and fixed stroke.
