315-ton head stretching machine, also known as head hydraulic press or head punching machine, is a hydraulic machine for stretching head forming. Working principle of cold-pressing hydraulic press for head: Through the hydraulic control of the main cylinder, the edge-pressing cylinder and the ejector cylinder, the complete process of stamping the head is realized. Among them, the main cylinder and the edge-pressing cylinder are linked, the ejector cylinder is single-acting, and the pressure of the edge-pressing cylinder is adjustable. By selecting different components to control the edge-pressing cylinder, the influence of different components on the system performance is obtained. The fast forward of the main cylinder is realized by filling with liquid. The liquid-filled deep drawing hydraulic press has the advantages of small size, easy operation, high precision and high efficiency.

315 ton head hydraulic press structure overview:
1. Host
The 315-ton head hydraulic press is different from the conventional three-beam four-column hydraulic press. First of all, the layout of the cylinders: the cylinders of the head forming hydraulic press are divided into main cylinders (providing tensile force) and auxiliary cylinders (providing blanking force). The main cylinder passes through the sliding beam from the middle without being connected, and the auxiliary cylinder is connected to the sliding beam to provide blanking force; secondly, the ejection stroke of the ejection cylinder is relatively large, which can reach 500mm; finally, the T-slot distribution on the workbench adopts a radial "M" shape layout, which is convenient for fixing the annular head stretching mold.
2. Hydraulic station
The hydraulic station is installed on the right side of the main engine. The hydraulic station is equipped with a filtration device for 46# or 32# hydraulic oil. The partition separates the oil suction area and the oil return area. There is a filter at the refueling port to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil. The oil tank liquid level is displayed by a liquid level gauge. The working pressure of the hydraulic system is 25MPa. The hydraulic control adopts a two-way cartridge valve integrated system, which has the advantages of small oil resistance, large flow rate, anti-pollution, fast response, safety, high reliability, flexible control mode and easy maintenance.
3. Electric control cabinet
The electronic control system of the 315-ton end stretching machine adopts PLC control and supports manual and semi-automatic working modes. There are 5 delay relays on the control panel: stretching cylinder delay, edge clamping cylinder delay, ejection cylinder delay, stretching cylinder pressure relief delay, and edge clamping cylinder pressure relief delay. The delay time can be set manually according to the specific production process; fixed-range and fixed-pressure control are respectively carried out through proximity switches and electric contact pressure gauges.

3. Medium used in hydraulic system: No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
