The 315-ton hydraulic punch is the main product of the YC41 series of hydraulic punches produced by Shandong Woda Heavy Industry Machine Tool Co., Ltd. This machine is mainly suitable for blanking, stretching and pressing of plastic materials, blanking, bending and flanging of sheet materials, stretching and fine blanking of thin plates, cold extrusion of metal parts, and can also be used for correction, press fitting, grinding wheel forming, and pressing and forming of plastic products and powder products.

315 ton hydraulic press structural features:

The 315-ton hydraulic press adopts hydraulic transmission, which has the advantages of hydraulic press and mechanical press. It can change the size of pressing force arbitrarily without overloading, and can also meet the pressure maintenance and delay requirements of each step in the pressing process. This series of products also adopts a speed-increasing cylinder to achieve fast empty travel and fast return of the slider. When it contacts the workpiece, it automatically switches to slow speed, reducing the required oil pump displacement and motor power, and reducing noise.

In order to protect the personal safety of the operator, a photoelectric protection device can be installed in front of the workbench to form a protective barrier in front of the workbench. The centralized control button can realize three operating specifications: adjustment, semi-automatic and fully automatic.
