Hydraulic system of anti-theft door embossing machine:

The hydraulic system of the anti-theft door embossing machine consists of hydraulic transmission and control system. It is mainly composed of oil tank, oil pump, cartridge valve, cooling, filtration, etc. The electromagnetic reversing valve is controlled by the electrical system to realize various actions of the press.

(1) Oil tank: The oil tank of the hydraulic press is a steel plate welded part. The surface and interior are strictly deslagging and pickling. The edge of the oil tank is higher than the cover plate to prevent oil leakage.

(2) Cartridge valve: BCV series cartridge valve assembly is used, which has simple and compact structure, fast response, small internal leakage, large flow, anti-pollution, easy maintenance and long service life.

(3) Pressure gauge: The anti-theft door embossing machine uses an anti-vibration oil pressure gauge, which has high display accuracy and is not easy to damage. The electric contact pressure gauge constantly detects the pressure in the upper chamber of the main cylinder, and stops pressing when the set pressure is reached, realizing a constant pressure return.

(4) Pressure safety: The cartridge valve has its own pressure adjustment system. When the pressure exceeds the set value, the oil overflows and returns. This keeps the system within the set pressure at all times, achieving overpressure protection.

Anti-theft facade embossing machine process action:

Working mode: fixed pressure and fixed stroke. The hydraulic press for embossing anti-theft doors has three operating modes: adjustment (inch motion), double manual single cycle, and micro-motion mold alignment (downward without pressure). Use the conversion switch to switch.

1. Adjustment: Press the corresponding button to produce the corresponding action, release the button to stop the action. This action is not fast.

This action is used when aligning the mold and adjusting the mold.
