The 500-ton single-column hydraulic press is also called a 500-ton single-arm oil press. It adopts a C-type single-column structure and is composed of a workbench, a main cylinder, a hydraulic power system, an electrical system and other components. The whole machine is welded with high-quality steel plates and aging treatment is performed to eliminate welding stress; the pressing cylinder tonnage is achieved by three piston cylinders, the cylinder body is made of high-quality forged steel, the piston rod surface is treated with medium-frequency quenching, and has a long service life. The main components of the oil cylinder use sealing rings made of reasonable materials to ensure reliable sealing.

Features of 500 ton single column hydraulic press:

1. The fuselage is designed by computer finite element analysis and is made of all-steel plates welded by carbon dioxide gas protection, and then tempered to eliminate internal stress. The fuselage has high strength, reasonable structure and beautiful appearance;

2. The hydraulic system is placed inside the machine body, saving space and reducing oil pipelines;

3. The C-shaped body is simple, economical and applicable. Cantilever operation panel is optional, with wide working range.

4. It adopts button centralized control, with three operation modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic. It is equipped with PLC, which can adjust the working pressure of the slider within the range, the travel of no-load express down and slow working, etc.

5. The oil cylinder and piston rod are made of high-quality 45# steel. The piston rod is chrome-plated after medium-frequency quenching, which is not easy to be scratched or rusted.

6. The oil cylinder is sealed with high-quality sealing rings to ensure reliable sealing performance.

Scope of application:

The 500-ton single-column hydraulic press is suitable for the pressing process of plastic materials, such as punching, bending, flanging, thin plate stretching, etc. It can also be used for correction, press fitting, grinding wheel forming, cold extrusion metal parts forming, and the pressing process of plastic products and powder products. It can be used for punching and blanking processing when equipped with a punching buffer device.

Device operation mode:

1. The operation mode can be divided into manual and semi-automatic;

2. The control mode can be divided into fixed pressure and quantitative range pressure;

3. The stroke position of the slider of the 500-ton single-column hydraulic press is determined by the stroke switch. The zero point position in the master pump is at the top of the master pump. The method of finding the zero point is the same as the method of stroke switch control. The stroke switch adopts a non-contact proximity switch;

4. The liquid working pressure is controlled by a proportional pressure regulating valve. The pressure sensor feeds back the pressure signal. The pressure is adjustable and the pressure tonnage can be displayed on the human-machine interface.
