2000 ton frame hydraulic press features:
1. 2000-ton frame hydraulic press is mainly used for integral compression molding of thermosetting (glass fiber reinforced plastic) plastic products and thermoplastic products, and is suitable for compression molding of various agglomerates and sheets such as SMC, BMC, DMC, GMT, etc.

SMC FRP fan housing processing process:
1) Prepare raw materials (resin, glass cloth, gel coat, curing agent, accelerator);
2) The main production process is:
a. Mold preparation: find the corresponding model of SMC FRP fan cover mold, install the mold on the SMC FRP fan cover hydraulic press (315 tons, 630 tons, 1200T, 1800 tons), and heat the mold for standby use;
b. Prepare SMC sheets: cut the SMC sheets into load-bearing slices for standby use;

c. Processing SMC FRP fan casing: When the mold is heated to the specified temperature, all the weighed SMC sheets are placed into the SMC FRP fan casing mold for heating, melting and curing. After the specified time is reached, the mold is raised and the semi-finished FRP fan casing is taken out;
d. Deburring: Remove excess burrs to prevent accidental injuries during transportation.
3) After the finished products are formed, they are put into storage and wait for shipment.
