4. Technical requirements for pneumatic punch presses
1. Structure of main components of pneumatic punch press
1.1 Machine
The frame of the pneumatic punch press is a box-shaped structural part welded with steel plates. The welding process is mature, and the groove form and weld selection meet the standards. CO2 gas shielded welding is adopted, and important welds (points) are subjected to special inspections such as X-ray flaw detection. After welding and forming, the frame box structural parts must be treated to eliminate internal stress (tempering or vibration aging treatment) to eliminate the deformation of the body parts and the stability of the overall structural geometric accuracy caused by the stress after the press has been working for a long time.
The jh21 pneumatic press has four operating actions: cut (OFF), single, continuous, inching (forward and reverse) and emergency stop function.
1.2 Main drive
① Driving mode: upper transmission, crankshaft mode.
② Drive system: three-phase asynchronous motor + inverter.
③ Main drive belt: V-belt
④ Transmission gear: Spur gear, fine grinding tooth surface technology, with high transmission accuracy, high meshing accuracy, stable transmission, large load-bearing capacity, strong gear strength, low noise, etc. Ensure reliable lubrication.
⑤ Copper bushings and bearings: The copper bushings and bearings of important parts are all guaranteed to be lubricated reliably. The connecting rod copper bushings and crankshaft support sleeves are made of high specific pressure copper bushings.
⑥ The transmission system has good lubrication guarantee, fault detection and protection.
1.3 Clutch/brake (dry type)
① Friction block: Made of special material without asbestos, it has long service life and no environmental pollution. The installation gap is reasonable and interchangeable, and there is no abnormal sound when the flywheel starts/stops.
② The control system uses Wuxi Huatong double valve with brake release abnormality detection, which is sensitive and reliable in action.
③ The clutch brake air circuit control technology is mature, the control is effective, and the time standard is: 0.03~0.05s.
④ The clutch/brake fault alarm can be displayed on the control panel in time (with alarm light) and can be reset.
1.4 Sliders
① Slider rail: The slider adopts an extra-long six-sided rail with high guiding precision and good wear resistance. The rail gap can be adjusted with push-pull bolts. The slider rail plate is made of zinc-based alloy.
② Hydraulic overload protection device. (Brand: Japan Showa) The slider has a hydraulic overload protection device, gas-liquid type, which will produce an overload reaction when the rated tonnage exceeds about 5%, and a light alarm will be issued, and the slider will stop automatically. The re-pressure time after overload is 1 minute, and a manual unloading knob is set.
③ The slider running angle is displayed in digital (electronic) form on the control panel.
④ The slider is equipped with a die height adjustment device (63T and above).
a. Forward and reverse speed: about 50mm/min.
b. Automatically stop at upper and lower limit positions.
c. Use an absolute encoder to detect when adjusting, and monitor the slider adjustment amount on the touch screen display with a display accuracy of 0.1mm.
⑤ Balancer: Air type, pressure is manually set, manually adjusted, and the cylinder body is equipped with protective oil return.
1.5 Electrical System
① The control part of the pneumatic punch press adopts Japanese OMRON or Taiwan FATEK programmable logic controller, equipped with electronic cam control module, and reserves more than two spare slot positions. The key control links and safety control circuits adopt double-loop control, and the electrical control cabinet adopts side-opening wire pipe wiring.
② The main operating panel is located on the front right of the press, which enables centralized control of various operations and adjustments of the press.
③ The main operation information, parameters and fault lights of the press can be displayed through the electronic cam.

After the equipment is packaged and shipped out of the factory, Shandong Woda Heavy Industry will be responsible for transportation (paying the costs as agreed) and commissioning, and the customer will be responsible for providing hydraulic oil, gas, electricity, etc.; Woda Heavy Industry's commissioning personnel will bring their own special tools required for installation and commissioning.
3. Service Commitment

8.4 After the warranty period, Shandong Woda Heavy Industry promises to provide customers with lifelong paid services and the most favorable prices for the required accessories;
8.5 During the warranty period, if the equipment is damaged due to reasons other than those caused by the user, Shandong Woda Heavy Industry will promptly provide free repair services for all types of machine tool failures and promptly replace all types of parts damaged due to reasons other than those caused by the user.
