The 160-ton precision punch model WDJ-160T belongs to the WDJ series of closed single-point punch presses. Features of WDJ series closed single-point precision punch press:

●High rigidity: The integrally welded body eliminates the disadvantage of angle deformation of open presses.

●High precision: Four-corner and eight-sided guide rails are used to ensure the movement accuracy of the slider, while ensuring the stability of operation and improving the ability to resist off-center loads.

●Low noise: The transmission gear adopts gear grinding process and is soaked in a closed gear box, which can significantly reduce gear noise.

●Automation: There are large side openings on both sides of the machine body to facilitate the use of automated equipment.

●Safety: The friction clutch enables the slider to stop suddenly at any position, and the double solenoid valve ensures the execution force of the clutch brake and the safety of the operator.
